Take 3 capsules per day, preferably with the first meal with a large glass of water: 1 Solar Complex capsule, 1 GluControl capsule (ideally 5 minutes before the meal) and 1 Light Legs Complex capsule.
No. The Solar Complex does not replace sun protection and does not prevent sunburn. Adequate protection (cream, clothing, shade) remains essential.
The programme is designed for 1 to 3 months, renewable, especially throughout the summer season.
