CLINICAL STUDY No. 1
DESCRIPTION
In vivo clinical study conducted over 8 weeks, using a blend of
Lactobacillus plantarum LP01®, Lactobacillus lactis LLC02® and Lactobacillus
delbrueckii LDD01®, carried out on 3,460 people with recurring
intestinal disorders.
RESULTS
After 2 months of daily intake, a significant improvement was
observed: digestive discomfort (bloating, discomfort) decreased in
frequency and intensity, and stool consistency returned to normal.
4x less bloating
in 8 weeks
CLINICAL STUDY No. 2
DESCRIPTION
Single-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial,
run for 8 weeks on 114 people with mild to moderate skin
imperfections. The supplement tested combined
three probiotic strains (Bifidobacterium breve BR03®, Lacticaseibacillus
casei LC03®, Ligilactobacillus salivarius LS03®) and botanical extracts
(aubergine lupeol and echinacea).
RESULTS
After 2 months of supplementation, participants who received the
probiotics and plant extracts combination showed a significant reduction in the
number of imperfections, as well as a better balance of the
skin microbiota, a decrease in
sebum production, in flaking and in porphyrins.
-56.7% imperfections
in 8 weeks
CLINICAL STUDY No. 3
DESCRIPTION
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover clinical
trial (BIFI-OBESE trial, NCT03261466), run for 8 weeks
in 101 young people (6 to 18 years old) with obesity associated with
insulin resistance. Participants received a probiotic
blend (Bifidobacterium breve BR03® and B. breve B632®) or a
placebo, alongside a suitable diet.
RESULTS
After 8 weeks of supplementation, a significant improvement
in insulin sensitivity was observed, both when fasting
and during the glucose tolerance test. Both groups saw
a decrease in weight and a general improvement in
metabolic parameters, but the probiotics group showed a
greater effect on blood sugar balance and on gut microbiota
function. No adverse effects were reported.
+0.65 points improvement in the insulin sensitivity index (ISI)
in 8 weeks
CLINICAL STUDY No. 4
DESCRIPTION
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial run for 6 weeks in 38 healthy volunteers. Participants received a daily probiotic blend (Lactobacillus fermentum LF16, L. rhamnosus LR06, L. plantarum LP01 and Bifidobacterium longum BL04) or a placebo, with monitoring of sleep, mood and emotional reactivity.
RESULTS
In the probiotic group, a significant improvement in mood was observed, with a reduction in negative feelings, anger and fatigue, as well as an improvement in sleep quality. Emotional acceptance scores were also higher than with the placebo after 6 weeks, suggesting a positive effect on emotional regulation. These results support the hypothesis that probiotics may contribute to psychological well-being through the gut-brain axis.
Significant improvement in sleep quality and less fatigue
in only 6 weeks
