The Solar Complex combines 6 active ingredients: Lyc-O-Mato®, a patented tomato extract rich in lycopene, vitamins C and E, selenium, beta-carotene and safflower oil. One capsule provides 10 mg of lycopene.
No. This supplement does not replace sun protection and does not prevent sunburn. Appropriate protection (cream, clothing, shade) remains essential, whatever your skin type or tan.
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably during the first meal of the day with a large glass of water. It is ideal to start the course a few weeks before sun exposure. Recommended duration: 3 months, renewable.
Vitamins C, E and selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress, in particular UV-induced stress. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin.
