How to use your Hydrolyzed Proteins?

In your recipes, hot or cold
Your proteins can be cooked: add 3 Cuure size M scoops (30 g) to your everyday recipes. Crêpe or pancake batter, cakes, porridge, yoghurt or smoothies: a simple, tasty way to cover your protein needs.
As a shake or smoothie
Mix 3 Cuure size M scoops (or 3 tablespoons) into 250 ml of water or plant-based milk. Tip: blend with a banana or red berries for a creamier texture and a tastier result.
The right time
Ideally after training for muscle recovery, or as a snack to cover your daily protein needs.
RECOMMENDED COURSE
3 months renewable

Horrible! Give these a wide berth. If you’re expecting a vanilla flavour, don’t buy this product under any circumstances – they’re inedible. I’m used to trying lots of different protein powders, and in terms of flavour, these are definitely among the worst on the market.
