STUDY NO. 1: RHODIOLA
DESCRIPTION:
In this randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, students under exam stress took 100 mg of standardised Rhodiola rosea extract once a day for 20 days.
Compared with the placebo group, those who took rhodiola showed a significant improvement in overall wellbeing, a reduction in mental fatigue, and better results in some physical and psychomotor performance tests during the stress period.
RESULTS:
100 mg/day of Rhodiola Rosea reduced perceived fatigue and improved wellbeing during a period of stress compared with placebo.

STUDY NO. 2: VITAMINS AND MINERALS
DESCRIPTION:
This meta-analysis of eight randomised, placebo-controlled trials in healthy adults showed that vitamin and mineral supplementation for at least 28 days significantly reduced perceived stress, anxiety and fatigue compared with placebo.
Multivitamin/mineral supplements can improve stress, fatigue and mood in healthy people.
STUDY NO. 3: Fibriotics®
DESCRIPTION:
This randomised intervention study led by researchers at Stanford University assesses the impact of two gut microbiome-targeting diets—one high in plant fibre and one high in fermented foods—on microbiome composition and immune status in healthy adults. The high-fibre diet increases the functional capacity of the microbiome, notably via enrichment in enzymes that break down complex carbohydrates (CAZymes).
By contrast, the diet high in fermented foods leads to a gradual, sustained increase in microbiome diversity.
RESULTS:

STUDY NO. 4: ACACIA FIBRE FIBREGUM™
DESCRIPTION:
This study evaluates the impact of arabinogalactan (AG, made up of acacia fibre Fibregum™ from Onely) on gut barrier function using an in vitro model simulating the human gut microbial ecosystem (SHIME).
It suggests that taking these fibres could support gut barrier integrity by influencing microbial fermentation.
RESULTS:
These results indicate that prebiotic AG fibres (found in Fibregum™ acacia fibres from Onely) improve gut barrier function by modulating microbial fermentation along the colon.
The AG in Fibregum™ acacia fibres from Onely significantly improves the integrity of the gut barrier after it has been exposed to stress.
STUDY NO. 5: Reggenerate®
DESCRIPTION:
This in vitro study showed that eggshell membrane stimulates the expression of the AQP1 gene (responsible for water transport) and SIRT6 (involved in DNA repair and cellular longevity), suggesting potential anti-ageing effects.
AQP1 is a gene that encodes a transmembrane protein belonging to the aquaporin family. These proteins facilitate the passage of water molecules through biological membranes while preventing ions from entering the cell.
In the presence of the ingredient, an increase in expression of this gene is observed. (Figure 1). SIRT6 is a gene encoding an enzymatic protein involved in protection mechanisms against cellular ageing. This enzyme plays a role in DNA strand repair in particular. With the natural ageing of cells, telomeric functions decrease, which leads to increased genetic instability. Adequate expression of this gene is therefore associated with better cellular longevity. (Figure 2)
RESULTS:

STUDY NO. 6: EGGSHELL MEMBRANE Reggenerate™
DESCRIPTION:
This randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study assessed the effect of daily oral supplementation with 300 mg of eggshell membrane for 60 days in 50 adults (45–75 years) on skin ageing-related parameters. Compared with placebo, the eggshell membrane group showed a significant improvement in skin elasticity, a decrease in transepidermal water loss (TEWL) indicating better barrier function, as well as greater gains in firmness and reduced skin fatigue. No adverse reactions were reported, and the effects were particularly pronounced in people over 50.
RESULTS:
Oral eggshell membrane supplementation significantly improves several clinical signs of skin ageing.
-18.7% transepidermal water loss after 60 days / +25% elasticity in people who received the membrane / +51.1% firmness after 60 days of supplementation
STUDY NO. 7: EGGSHELL MEMBRANE Reggenerate™
DESCRIPTION:
In a randomised, double-blind clinical study, 16 healthy volunteers with impaired skin barrier function took 300 mg of eggshell membrane daily or a placebo for 60 days. Researchers measured several skin health parameters: transepidermal water loss (TEWL), elasticity, firmness, and skin fatigue. After 60 days, the “eggshell membrane” group showed a significant reduction in TEWL (−43%), an increase in elasticity (+13%), a marked improvement in firmness (+66%), and a decrease in skin fatigue (−36%), while the placebo group showed no significant changes.
RESULTS:
Oral eggshell membrane supplementation restores skin barrier function and improves its biomechanical properties in people with skin alterations.

STUDY NO. 8: GINSENG
DESCRIPTION:
This scientific review summarises current knowledge on the effects of Panax ginseng on the immune system, describing how its bioactive components (notably ginsenosides and polysaccharides) influence both innate and adaptive immunity. It shows that ginseng can modulate the activity of macrophages, dendritic cells and natural killer (NK) cells, stimulate antibody production by B lymphocytes, and promote T lymphocyte responses, while regulating cytokine release. These immunomodulatory effects contribute to defence against infections and regulation of inflammatory reactions.
RESULTS:
Panax ginseng naturally boosts immune defences thanks to ginsenosides.
STUDY NO. 9: CAVAQ10®
DESCRIPTION:
In an open-label cross-over trial in 22 healthy adults, researchers compared absorption after a single oral dose of coenzyme Q10 (30 mg) as a complex with γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) (as in CavaQ10®) versus a conventional formulation with microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Plasma CoQ10 concentrations were measured up to 48 hours after ingestion. Results showed that the CoQ10-γ-CD formulation produced higher plasma levels of CoQ10 at 6–8 hours, with significantly higher area under the curve (AUC) and Cₘₐₓ than the CoQ10-MCC formulation, indicating a significant improvement in absorption and oral bioavailability of CoQ10 in healthy volunteers.
RESULTS:
Complexing coenzyme Q10 with γ-cyclodextrin, as in CavaQ10®, significantly increases CoQ10 absorption and oral bioavailability in healthy adults compared with a conventional formulation.
