Recommended dose

To be consumed every day, preferably in the morning. Onely contains plants with naturally energising properties; we therefore recommend avoiding any consumption late in the day. Make it a daily ritual: take your bottle and enjoy onely throughout the morning (on your commute, at work, between meetings…).

Preparation

Pour 10 g of onely powder (one scoop) into your bottle or a glass.
Add 250 to 400 ml of cold water.
Shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds… It's ready!

Tips

The colder, the better! Add a few ice cubes for an even more refreshing experience.
onely can be mixed with a little lemon or added to a smoothie, but in that case it's best to drink it quickly to preserve all the vitamins.
Avoid mixing onely with hot water or infusions: heat can degrade some nutrients.

Storage

Store onely away from heat, light and moisture. To preserve its full quality, pour your refill into the refillable jar each month and keep it in a cool, dry place.

Recommended average duration

For visible and lasting results, daily use for at least 3 months is recommended.

Contraindications

For adults only, must not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in case of known cross-allergy, in particular to the Asteraceae family. Contains caffeine (2 mg per serving) and EGCG (10 mg per serving). Seek your doctor's advice in case of thyroid problems, antidiabetic treatment or iron-related conditions.
