Can several supplements be taken simultaneously?
Our supplements can be taken simultaneously in complete safety and ensure optimal absorption.
Thanks to our recommendation algorithm and the personalised experience offered on our website and app, we take measures to guarantee the following:
-
Avoiding any risk of overdose between supplements
Our recommendation system and personalised Cuure creation on our catalogue prevents the creation of supplement combinations that could lead to an overdose when taken together. For example, it is not possible to order 2 products whose combined zinc dosages would lead to a daily dose of more than 15 mg of zinc. This is why it is not possible to combine our Zinc with the Anti-Hair Loss Complex for Women or Men. -
Promoting better absorption of supplements
When creating personalised Cuures, our algorithm takes into account the potentially negative interactions between the different supplements. We ensure that the suggested combinations promote optimal absorption of each supplement, avoiding interference that could reduce their effectiveness. For example, vitamin B9 reduces the effectiveness of Digestive Enzymes. We therefore ensure that products containing vitamin B9 and Digestive Enzymes are not in your sachets at the same time.Similarly, White Mulberry and Digestive Enzymes use the same receptors in the body: taking them together would be counterproductive. In general, it is recommended not to take minerals together (e.g. Zinc and Iron), as they compete to be absorbed and this reduces their respective effectiveness. In our case, you can combine different minerals because we have chosen highly assimilable forms that do not compete: these are the bisglycinate forms.
